Daniel Olivarez III, 35, of Grafton was released from the Walsh County jail after posting bond last Thursday following a bond review Wednesday. District judge Lee Christofferson lowered the bond from the original amount of $100,000 set by Judge Laurie Fontaine to $50,000.
