Grafton City Council reviews flood risk reduction bid amendment

GRAFTON – The long range Grafton Flood Risk Reduction project is nearing construction stages and city council reviewed an amended bid from Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson, Inc. (KLJ) at their meeting Monday night.
