I spent so much wonderful

I spent so much wonderful time at our library throughout my childhood and teenage years. Whenever I came home to visit, invariably I would stop in and read for a while and take out some books to read while I was in town. It is an extraordinarily valuable resource in ways that can be measured and ways that are less visible but no less meaningful. Grafton has lost many valuable gathering places and stores since I moved away. It would be grievous to leave a treasured building and move to the armory...Carnegie libraries were and are incredible gifts to many communities. I implore you to do what you can to keep and maintain this wonderful building, resource, and center for the gifts of learning and great joy for so many. Sincerely, Lisa Berg (GHS 1976)
